Making apricot balls

Today me and my Mum made apricot balls together.
 

It's a messy job!

 First we put almonds in, then we put orange juice in, then we put dried up apricots in, then we had to mix it up and then we tipped it out of the Thermomix into a silver bowl, then we used our fingers to roll it into a ball and then we put them into a box with coconut in it, then when we finished I shook it around so the coconut could go all over them. Then we ate some.
